Please remember that all of my pieces (aside from prints and stickers) are hand-made and one of a kind. These are not toys, they are specially designed art objects. You may well see fingerprints in the clay or paint or spots of glue here and there. Small imperfections are signs of a handmade item.
Some kits contain candles, palo santo or incense cones. Please be careful when using these items and do not leave unattended. These items and kits are not intended for children.
SHIPPING INFO:
• All orders are processed and packed in 1-3 business days, so remember to add this to your delivery time. Orders are processed every Tuesday and Friday mornings and they go to the post office in the afternoon (except on holidays).
• Standard shipping is USPS First Class, which takes 1-3 business days (in USA) Priority Mail is for heavier parcels, and the delivery time is also 1-3 business days. * This means most (domestic) packages should be expected to arrive within 6 business days but are not guaranteed.
• Packages include tracking information (except for small flat packages that are shipped in small envelopes), which will be emailed at the time the order ships.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) I will be happy to
provide you with an exchange or replacement. I do NOT offer exchanges for any other reason.
